Drifters

Author: El Psy

Drifters aka when Hellsing had a bastard baby with Fate Zero.
The story takes place in a standard Tolkien fantasy world in which unique historical figures are taken moments before their deaths, to fight alongside one another against a rival force under similar circumstances. If you have seen Hellsing and or Fate Zero, imagine that only with a touch more history and a lot more gore and poo.

Shiki (Timekeeper)

I quite honestly don't recall how I even came upon this series. I wasn't recommended that I watch it by another forumgoer, I didn't see it on my suggestions on my MAL page, and I didn't watch a lick of it on YouTube. One thing I do know is this: I'm certainly glad I came upon it. Because not only is Shiki one of my favorite anime series of all time, but it's probably my favorite of all time when it comes to the horror genre.

Shiki (VeritasOdiumParit)

This is another one of those 'one of the greatest' for me. This is perhaps one of the best horror stories ever told. It is presented in such a way that it's not very predictable, and the plot actually has a point to it. Rather than just trying to entertain the viewers, which it still does very well. So what is about Shiki that appeals to me? I believe it's the great animation, soundtrack, dubbed voice acting, and the overall plot.
