Casshern Sins

Author: Lady Soubi

Casshern Sins is the sort of anime which you rarely tend to see. It uses astounding artwork, animation and beautiful, if repetitive, music to set the perfect mood. If you dislike anime which never really knows where it’s going, then you would probably miss out on this anime’s charm. A sticking point to some about Casshern Sins is that, as it is an apocalyptic anime, it starts and ends sad. In spite of this downtrodden nature however, it adds to the anime’s charm.

Drifters

Author: El Psy

Drifters aka when Hellsing had a bastard baby with Fate Zero.
The story takes place in a standard Tolkien fantasy world in which unique historical figures are taken moments before their deaths, to fight alongside one another against a rival force under similar circumstances. If you have seen Hellsing and or Fate Zero, imagine that only with a touch more history and a lot more gore and poo.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

Author: nextday

As someone who has seen the original 2003 anime it was a pleasure to learn that Hiromu Arakawa's popular series, Fullmetal Alchemist, would be getting a remake that is faithful to the manga. When the first series aired back in 2003 it was praised by many as a masterpiece, so as you can imagine when Brotherhood was announced many people were doubtful as to whether or not it could live up to the first series. To many people’s surprise however, Brotherhood far surpassed their expectations.

Highschool DxD season 01

It was Absolutely brilliant!

That was a "outburst" start but i really enjoyed this first season. It was filled with the expected comedy and sexiness expected from an ecchi. Other than the amazing visual art and epic fight scenes, I really did enjoy the plot of this season.

For the girls it might be a little discriminating (this coming from a guy) but you will enjoy it too. It has an excellent balance or comedy and romance for you too enjoy.

Infinite Stratos

Author: Timekeeper

Okay, I'll be honest with you people here: when I first looked at this anime, I actually had very high hopes because a lot of people on the JustDubs forums, now and in the past, have been talking about this and how it's something so great that nothing in existence can compare. For me, I didn't really get that experience. Rather, I sort of got the opposite. So, I suppose I'll start the review now. Here we go: Infinite Stratos.

Izetta The Last Witch

Author: Vladnyx

Just recently I finished "Izetta The Last Witch". I have to say my initial take jumping in was a skewed one. Given the era and setting of this story taking place in a semi-modern alternate universe of World War II I was expecting to be treading upon eggshells. The fact of how actual real world events transpired during WWII this really can make things uncomfortable. Somehow by namesake alone I was intrigued enough to watch this series. Now lets jump into the review shall we.

Jyu-Oh-Sei

Author: Lady Soubi

Jyu-Oh-Sei is the sort of anime that can easily impress those that would usually overlook it's premise as not for them. With a constant stream of surprises it is never boring; the loveable cast and plot is very well produced. With a number of elements conspiring to make it a success, Jyu-Oh-Sei is unfortunately the sort of anime to often overlooked due to brevity.
